  Leadership

Luke Anear developed the concept for Wades Business Solutions in 2002, after implementing HSE policies and documents in the family business Wades Distributors in order to meet Legislative requirements.

Having worked on over 2500 Workers Compensation Claims throughout QLD & NSW, and working as a senior Manager for Lee Kelly & Associates, Luke was tired of being in a reactive role, helping Companies after a problem had arose. He began to focus on proactive solutions to help employers manage their risk, work safely and enjoy the benefits of a productive, efficient business.

Luke has also studied the psychological impact of the Worker’s Compensation System from a Claimant & Employer perspective since 1996. He understands the massive negative consequences associated with workplace injuries and thus inturn the positive advantages of operating a safe and efficient business.

Luke has provided educational seminars to some of Australia’s biggest Insurance Companies, including QBE Insurance and FAI. He was invited to Lecture at Monash University in 1999 and has an Advanced Diploma in Risk Management. He has worked as a performance coach for individuals and Companies dealing with issues including, team morale, drug addiction in the workplace, honesty & integrity, leadership & responsibility and more.
